Shannon Murphy
I knew very early on that I had a passion for Real Estate. I bought my first home at the age of 23 and have continued to buy, renovate and sell since then! I truly believe that homeownership should be attainable for anyone who chooses to make that commitment and investment. I also believe that the process should be accomplished with relative ease. Having experience in buying, selling and construction, lends itself to that goal.
It was a natural fit to become a Realtor and help families realize their dreams of owning a home. Throughout my career so far, I have been fortunate enough to forge relationships with amazing clients, vendors and agents that has afforded me the opportunity to expand into my own brokerage.
As a mother of 2 teenage boys, I appreciate the flexibility Real Estate offers but it also exemplifies the diligence and tenacity it takes to be successful. I am so blessed to have been able to find a career that I love that provides for my family and also allows me to enjoy life with them.
Courtney Koehn
I found my passion for Real Estate as soon as my journey in the industry began in 2017 right here in Springfield. I started out assisting other Realtors with their transactions and quickly realized this was the right fit for me and got my license. I love being able to help people through the process of buying. selling, and investing.
Throughout my career I have made it my goal to make every transaction as easy and stress free as possible. I have been blessed to meet some amazing industry professionals to help and provide me with the knowledge to achieve that goal.
In 2019 I became a mother to my amazing twins! Real Estate not only helps me provide a great life for my babies but it also allows flexibility for me to be able to watch them grow and learn. I am so fortunate to have found this path in life, I can't wait to meet your family and help you with your Real Estate needs.
Bailey Wade
Hello, my name is Bailey Wade! I am a Springfield, Missouri native and would love to assist in helping you sell or purchase your home! I studied Early Childhood Education at Missouri State University before deciding to acquire my Real Estate License. My father and many of my family members specialize in construction. I have always had an interest in the housing market and would love to help your family find their forever home!
